Shipping Policy



SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer. If “Bill Actual Shipping Cost Separately” option is selected for the shipping method during checkout, orders will only ship AFTER shipping cost is paid in full by buyer within 7 business days from order date. Notification of shipping fees and payment instructions will be sent by email after order has been processed within 1 business day. (For domestic dropship orders with US address, shipping cost is included in item cost. For international dropship orders, shipping cost is at buyer's expense and not refundable if the international dropship item is returned).


PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING CHARGES: Buyer will receive an invoice for shipping from FootwearUS via PayPal. All shipping payments can be paid with any major credit cards through PayPal. Shipping cost must be paid in full before your order can be shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable once shipping services have been rendered.


WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED? Orders placed during business hours (EST) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 24-48 hours, and will contact you if additional information is needed. If you place your order before 12 p.m. EST on a regular business day, we will make best efforts to ship your order the same day, pending shipping carrier scheduling, order size, and buyer’s shipping fee payment if "Bill Actual Shipping Cost Separately" option is selected at checkout. Orders received after 12 p.m. EST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). Shipping outside of the United States may require longer processing time due to preparation of any applicable customs documents.


TRACK YOUR ORDER: Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track your shipment by clicking on the Tracking featured tile on our homepage.


CHOICE OF SHIPPING CARRIERS: Unless specified, chosen shipping carrier for orders will be at the discretion of FootwearUS.  We generally ship via USPS and UPS. The selection process will be based on carrier that provides the best economical and logistical benefits for both FootwearUS and buyer. For expedited or international shipping, we may select another carrier in an effort to provide you with the quickest delivery at the best rate.


IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SHIPPING CARRIER: Please select “Bill my Shipping Account” for shipping method during checkout, and provide carrier information as requested so that we can bill your account accordingly.


IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE BY MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER:  If money order, certified check, or wire transfer is selected as form of payment for your merchandise during checkout, processing and shipping for your order will begin after receipt and bank clearance of check or wire transfer. Full payment of order total and shipping fees must be received within 7 business days from order date. Pending orders will be cancelled after 7 business days if order total and shipping fees remain unpaid. 




1. Please note that larger orders may take longer to prepare due to the time required to inspect, select, and pack. 

2. Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

3. Delivery Time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays

4. Order Processing Time is the expected period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped.  During this time, item(s) are obtained from inventory, packed for shipping, and arranging shipment for the item(s) with the carrier. Factors that may affect order processing time include, but are not limited to, lack of inventory, weather, federal holidays, shipping cost payment issues, or issues with shipping carriers beyond our control.
